It is said that health is the wealth of a rational person, because it is the most valuable thing he possesses, which is safety and wellness from disease, and it is the natural state of the body that enables us to go about our lives with happiness and comfort, so health is a person’s way to serve himself without the need of others, and it is what a person must strive to preserve  Him throughout his life.

The concept of health is not limited to the physical aspect of a person only, but rather to the individual’s concern for his psychological health, which is no less important than his physical health. If a person is not healthy in his soul, he will never be healthy in his body.  Mental and physical health are two sides of the same coin that complement each other.  And for that, it is necessary for one of us to take care of his mental health by preserving his relationship with God the Almighty first, as it is the basis of psychological stability and happiness, and by keeping away from negative people who spread pessimism and despondency in the souls, and by avoiding thinking about everything that is negative, and by occupying free time for what is useful and productive, as well as being keen on  Draining the negative energy resulting from the pressures of life, through sports or breathing exercises, for example, is one of the foundations for achieving and maintaining mental health.

Our Islamic religion urges the human being to preserve the self and its health and not to throw it to perdition, and this was mentioned in the Holy Quran, It is a trust in the hands of a person who will be asked about on the day of resurrection and reckoning, and this is what necessitates us to preserve our bodies, to keep away from the laziness that destroys energy, and to be keen to participate in all activities that benefit us, and to develop our talents, to preserve our health and always find it support us even in  We have grown old, just as we must not forget to thank God for his grace, for thanksgiving lasts the blessings.
